ABIATOR'S MATHS NCT PREP

For Maths, you will have 3 separate tests: Maths Test A, Maths Test B, Mental.

  • Maths Test A will usually be 40 minutes long, and will be worth 40 marks. Calculators will NOT be allowed.
  • Maths Test B will usually be 40 minutes long, and will be worth 40 marks. Calculators WILL be allowed.
  • Mental Test will usually be worth 20 marks. Calculators will NOT be allowed. Usually, students will LISTEN to an audio tape or CD of the questions. For the first 5 questions, they will have 5 seconds to answer. For the next 10 questions, they will have 10 seconds per question. For the last 5 questions, they will have 15 seconds per question. The whole test should be completed in under 3-and-a-half minutes!
