What does BEING AFRAID mean?
> Get class to quickly pair up and have them address the above question for about 1 minute.
> As a whole class, allow children to respond. Record some key ideas on a large sheet of paper.
What does BEING BRAVE mean?
> Put the class into Think Tanks (small groups of 4 or 5) and have them address the above question.
> Bring all groups back together as a whole class, and have one person report back on their group's answers. Record some key ideas on a large sheet of paper. Go around all the groups before allowing everyone to comment further.
